MEET CHEF JASPER MOSS

Memphis based chef Jasper Moss has been honing his skills in grilling and cooking since he was a child. With a passion for creating and improving his craft, he continues to study and advance in his culinary wisdom. Chef Moss is the executive chef of Moss Be Smoke Food Truck & Catering. He has been featured in the Memphis Voyager, the Daily Memphian and appeared on WREG News Channel 3. His use of bold flavors and fresh ingredients make every dish as memorable as the last.

Moss Be Smoke is more than just a food truck, we are a mobile eatery dedicated to giving you a moment to experience food not just taste it.

My chicken Philly was delicious! I'm a fan of the flavor or onions and peppers, but not big pieces. Expected I would have to pull some out. Not the case. These were chopped fine and cooked soft. Fantastic. Thanks Moss Be Smoke!
